Refund and Returns Policy

Services

All services and appointment bookings for purchase are non-refundable.

Shipping Products

All products and goods that can be purchased are eligible for a full or partial refund if the item exchanged for purchase is proven damaged, defective, and properly returned to the sender.

Shipping fees can be refunded in the event of a discrepancy or processing malfunctions.

Exchanges

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale items and discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Payment Processing

Processing time for return payments is generally 3-5 business days, but can take more or less time depending on the payment verification process of your bank.
